skaters.

SUPPLEMENTARY TRAINING CAMP FOR FIGURE SKATERS

NCCP Level 3 National Headcoach Anna Patlosova is offering a supplementary training camp over the winter break that may appeal to figure skaters. The camp will focus on improving flexibility, core strength and balance as well as keeping active over the holidays.

CanSkate and Learn to Skate sessions:
December 22 - regular sessions at Mosaic
December 27 - Family Skate at Burt Hunt
December 29 - Family Skate Mosaic
January 3 - regular sessions start up again
StarSkate groups including Intro to StarSkate
All sessions will run as usual except for December 24, 25, 26, 31 and January 1st as rinks will be closed.
December 22 - regular sessions at Mosaic
